Myth: If we weren’t supposed to eat animals God wouldn’t have made them so yummy

April 21, 2013

‘It was so nearly like good, fully developed veal that I think no person with a palate of ordinary, normal sensitiveness could distinguish it from veal.’

The above statement was made by an American adventurer who did live among cannibals for a period of time and ate human flesh.  It’s a wonder he made it out alive, but that’s another story.
It appears God made humans just as tasty as any other animal.  I guarantee you I could make you a dinner that has human flesh in it and if I did not tell you that then you would not know.
There are five tastes:  sweet, sour, salty, spicy and umami.
The only flavor that flesh has on its own is umami.
Plants and minerals on the other hand contain all five flavors.  Yes, plants even contain umami, or a ‘meaty’ flavor depending on the plant.  We have all experienced this when eating eggplant or mushrooms or another similar plant
Peace ❤
